Three Edinburgh youths have been captured riding on the back of a motorbike weaving in and out of traffic on a busy road.

Various residents near Balerno, on the outskirts of the capital, came across the group on Wednesday night, June 19, with their faces covered riding ‘dangerously’.

A local reported seeing the bike on Cherry Park Road before a second resident uploaded footage online of the youths riding down Lanark Road in between vehicles caught in traffic.

According to the witness, they came close to colliding with ‘several cars’ including his own and were also spotted riding on the pavement.

It comes just days after we reported a similar incident on Drumbrae Drive in the capital. Another motorcycle with three people on the back were spotted weaving in and out of traffic with one local describing them as “running riot.”
