When it comes down to it, the lack of ambition from the Scottish Government could be a reason for the decline in Scotland’s education system. It has nothing to do with any powers which we do not have because the education system in Scotland was world renowned before Devolution. The Scottish Government will need to face the harsh reality, that our education system is not getting better, if they want to see it improve.
